The frog's tongue attaches to the back of the mouth and has a sticky surface for capturing prey. Click on the tongue below to remove it.
You can see that just behind the tongue is an slit shaped opening called the glottis. The glottis is the airway to the lung and is separate from the larger opening behind it, the esophagus.
